LAS were created at November 1994 as a strategic alliance between Alliance Distribution, the second largest drug wholesale company in Southern Europe, and Lavipharm S.A. Today, Lavipharm has the acquisition of all outstanding equity of LAS.

LAS offers wholesaling distribution services of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products sold in pharmacies. It is the largest private greek wholesaler nationally.

Its wholesaling center reaches approximately 2100m2, and can automatically cover 800 orders/hour from 4500 pharmaceutical and 6.500 parapharmaceutical products. LAS can deliver within two hours upon receipt of an order. The company facilitates client pharmacies with an automated computer system that allows them to place orders once items fall below a predetermined threshold.

Apart from being pharmaceutical wholesaling and trading center, LAS also provides LAVINET, the most innovative software for the complete organization and management of pharmacies.
