Lavipharm's state-of-the-art and fully automated production facilities cover an area of 8,000 sq. meters, the major part of which is devoted to the transdermal and epidermal product manufacturing and packaging lines.

The factory has fully integrated production lines in solid dosage forms, liquid forms, transdermal drug delivery systems, epidermal cosmetic patches, cosmetic creams, lotions and shampoos. Lavipharm's total equipment is built in accordance to manufacturing practices protecting the environment from noise and pollution (biological water clearance, recycle of materials).

The facilities have been designed and constructed to operate under strict environmental control at all times for temperature, pressure, relative humidity and number of air changes. The factory operates according to the International current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards.
